1 General Terms and Definitions

Throughout this document, the following definitions apply. "Platform" refers to the l89 baji website accessible at https://l89-baji.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the platform and is authorised to access its features. "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player that enables access to betting markets, casino games, payment services, and support functions. "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's account, funded through approved deposit methods. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account in accordance with a specific promotional offer.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash. "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a casino game outcome, live dealer table result, or sports betting market. "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting section of l89 baji, covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other available markets. "Live Casino" refers to the real-time, professionally streamed table game section of l89 baji, operated in partnership with Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed studio providers.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between the Player and l89 baji:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how personal data is collected, stored, and processed.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and obligations related to safe and responsible gambling.
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms published alongside a particular offer at the time it is made available to Players.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that particular promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access any real-money services on l89 baji — including placing bets, playing casino games, or making deposits and withdrawals — a Player must first complete the account registration process. Registration is open to natural persons only. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and any non-human actors are strictly prohibited from registering accounts.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, a valid mobile number (for OTP-based verification), and confirmation that they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Any Player who provides false or misleading information during registration, or who subsequently modifies their account details to contain false information, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions and may have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the l89 baji platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If the platform's fraud detection systems identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, or other identifier), all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending a full investigation.

2.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. l89 baji will never ask a Player to disclose their password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. l89 baji accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3 Age Restriction and Verification

l89 baji is an 18+ platform. Access to all real-money gambling services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all Players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform.

3.1 Age Verification Process

l89 baji conducts age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is triggered at the withdrawal stage or when the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the minimum age. Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport.
• A valid driving licence issued in Bangladesh.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement showing the Player's name and address (for address verification, if required).

Documents submitted for age and identity verification must be current, legible, and unaltered. l89 baji reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or raises concerns. Until verification is completed, withdrawal of funds may be suspended. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory verification documentation within 30 days of the initial request, the account may be suspended and the balance reviewed in accordance with the applicable investigation procedure.

3.2 Minors and Underage Access

If an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited entirely. l89 baji urges adults who share devices with minors to use password protection and device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling services.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the l89 baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, with the goal of making deposits and withdrawals as straightforward and fast as possible for players across all divisions of the country.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the l89 baji platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks (where supported).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own daily transaction limits in accordance with their service terms. Deposits are credited to the Player's l89 baji wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. l89 baji does not charge any fees on deposits, though the Player's payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed by l89 baji within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. Players must ensure that the withdrawal destination (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account) is registered in their own name and matches the identity on their l89 baji account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Responsible Financial Use

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited on the l89 baji platform are their own legitimately obtained funds and not the proceeds of any criminal activity. l89 baji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where the source of funds is unclear and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

l89 baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section. Players are encouraged to read all applicable bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 and must be made within 7 days of completing account registration. The Welcome Bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by l89 baji unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's wallet without notice.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, after which the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• l89 baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by Players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, the manipulation of game outcomes, or the exploitation of technical errors, will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account and using the l89 baji platform, each Player agrees to conduct themselves in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its staff, or other Players. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered accounts at all times.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the account lifecycle, including during any KYC or verification process.
• Keep account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify l89 baji promptly if any account information becomes outdated or inaccurate.
• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh when accessing and using the platform.
• Engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools where gambling is becoming a concern.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity information, including the use of another person's NID, passport, or payment method without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in ways that confer an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward l89 baji staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity through the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal the true location of account access.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

l89 baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding direction requiring the account to be closed.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily by the Player may be reopened upon request, subject to the completion of any required re-verification procedures.

7.2 Disputed Closures

If a Player believes their account has been suspended or closed in error, they may submit a formal written dispute to [email protected], detailing the grounds for the dispute. l89 baji undertakes to investigate all formally submitted disputes in good faith and to provide a written response within 10 business days. During the investigation period, the account will remain suspended and no deposits or withdrawals will be processed.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

l89 baji is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a central and non-negotiable component of the platform's operations. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. It becomes harmful when it is pursued compulsively, at the expense of financial stability, personal relationships, or mental wellbeing. The following tools and obligations form part of the platform's responsible gaming framework, which applies to all Players.

8.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect or increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a pre-set playing time has been reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from their account settings without needing to contact support. During a cool-off period, the account is locked and no deposits are accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe that gambling is causing them harm may request a formal self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be made via the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8.2 Player Responsibility

While l89 baji provides the tools and infrastructure to support responsible gambling, ultimate responsibility for managing gambling behaviour rests with the individual Player. Players are encouraged to gamble only with money they can afford to lose, to set strict time and budget limits before each session, to take regular breaks, and to seek help immediately if they feel that gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or emotional distress.
